Sometimes it's nice to have something that brings up memories and reminds how easy my life ones was.
Lihamakaronilaatikko
Minced beef
Olive Oil
Herbs de Provence
Paprika
Salt&Pepper
Eggs
Milk
Macaroni
1. Cook the minced meat, season.
2. Cook macaroni.
3. Preheat the oven to 200C and butter oven dish
4. Beat the eggs and mix with milk
5. Layer the macaroni and minced meat in the dish.
6. Pour over the egg-milk mixture.*
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or untill done.
* You can top it up with grated cheese or with bread crumbs. But I haven't been to the Polish shop so didn't have any bread crumbs.
